Every item offered by Etsydoll is guaranteed 100% authentic and sourced exclusively from authorized events, reputable partners, and verified collectors. Our curated selection features exclusive pieces designed to elevate and enrich your collection.
CONDITION & PACKAGING NOTICE
We take great care in handling and shipping our products. Most items are NRFB (Never Removed From Box), and while we strive for perfection, minor packaging wear (such as slight corner creases or edge marks) may occur. These are standard within the collectible industry and do not qualify as damage.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our inventory:

Returns or exchanges are only permitted if an incorrect or clearly damaged item (excluding box flaws) is received.

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the item and packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To maintain processing efficiency, orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, your order enters fulfillment and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
